IP address histories

Asking if there is a method of tracking what an IP address has been up to

Hi,

I don't know where to post this one so I will try here. I have a new server and have been receiving many erroneous penalties for some 4 months now at every turn. Yes this is about the time i swapped servers and IP address.

Is there any way one can find out what URLs ect were at a given IP address?

Anyone, any help appreciated.
