META Ads Support: Anyone Else Experiencing Long Wait Times?

Hi everyone, I run a small digital business with several META pages and spend an average amount on ads (€300-€2000/week).

I consistently have issues that need quick solutions (we're in a fast-paced industry), but META support takes months to address them, if at all.

I'm not a huge spender with a dedicated rep, so I feel like I'm left in the dust
Is anyone else experiencing ridiculously long wait times for META support? Any tips for getting issues resolved faster?

There is a fairly big difference between advertisers or agencies (like mine) that have dedicated support.

We work with a super helpful rep, but all they do is they piggyback the technical support and ensure it moves through in a timely way. They are not able to resolve any of the issues themselves, but they can contact the team that provides the support.

What sort of issues are you needing support for?

We tend to find if we stay within the boundaries of acceptable practise we never need to get any support.

One thing that’s helped me is reaching out through their live chat support during business hours; it's not always available, but when it is, it’s quicker than waiting on emails.
