How to get quality Leads and decrease CPL

Hi Everyone,

I am running the Facebook campaign and I am facing a lot of issues. I am running the ads, the CPL is getting too high, and I am only getting 2-3 leads daily. Moreover, campaigns have been in the learning phase for the last 9 days. How can I solve this issue and generate more leads with low CPL in the Education Sector?

Is there any method where I can generate more relevant leads from my campaign?

One way is to target geographic regions.

BTW, I see many ads that are not geographically targeted, and it's a waste of views: I;m sure some people will click, even if out of region.
