Hi Everyone,

I am trying to find the solution of my issue regarding getting Facebook leads from different areas. I am running the ads for last 2 to 3 months but even after selecting the proper location on the radius and post code still I am getting leads from the unselected area and from too far which is making that leads irrelevant. Leads are from too far of the selected area like 100km and 200km.

Is there a way to solve this issue and get leads from the selected area.

Thank you in advance

Ads manager [facebook.com...]

Meta Business Suite
[business.facebook.com...]

Read about it there as it's different.

Here's the help page [facebook.com...]

Radius minimum and maximum vary by location type, and don't extend into other countries, even when the visual map extends beyond a border. You need to include each country separately.
Your audience reach includes all other locations that fall within the radius.
Radius selection isn't possible when using ZIP or postal codes, states, regions or countries. In those cases, the radius would include an entire area.
Choose Current city only to just advertise in your chosen city.

I am running an ads in the particular selected areas and cities but Facebook is increasing its radius by itself and generating ads from unselected or different places but in the similar country. It is not taking it to country. So, how can I solve this issue.

The best suggestion I an offer is for you to pause everything, remove all current targeting so the there is zero.
Try adding one location only, either by postcode or city, not both.

Turn it back on.

Experiment with one or the other.

Observe.

One other thing to remember...
The targeting can be out because the user has not put their correct location into FB. Even if they have, and they have moved to a different town or state it may show the ad.

Finally, make sure your ad is clear it's for the area by stating the target area in the ad, for example, "plumber in New York city"

I am running 22 ads on same account with different location (like state) and all the locations are different. Is this the reason for the getting mix leads from my ads.

Or is there any thing else?

and thank you for the above responses.
