Instagram account deactivated

More than 7 days ago, while using my instagram profile, I received a notification to confirm my account, then it occurred to me that my account has been disabled for violating community guidelines. I have filled out the order return form several times and received several e-mail messages that my account has been reactivated, but unfortunately I still cannot access it. I wrote to Meta Businnes support for 10 days every day several times, but they can't do anything because they are separated from Instagram, and Instagram doesn't have any support for correspondence except filling out a form that I filled out several times and received an email that my profile deactivated by mistake and reactivated again. Does anyone have a solution how to solve this problem, I had 23,000 followers on my profile and it means a lot to me .

Hi maid12 and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

I am afraid that only patience can resolve your account sorting. They don't seem to be keeping up with customer service issues due to the layoffs and reassignments of workers.

Others have been complaining for weeks about organic reach disappearing: [webmasterworld.com...]

Have you considered this might have been a phishing attempt?

If so, there's nothing you can do about it, particularly since you recall(ed) that the account had been deactivated for violations.

Secondary, did you use Instagram to join Threads and later opted out of Threads? That will delete your Instagram account altogether.

Not enough information, so these are only speculations.

It's not identity theft, when I try to log in, I still get a code via SMS, I enter it, but then it says that the account has been disabled, and I've filled out the form 5 or 6 times so far and received an e-mail saying that account reactivated, but this was never done, it still says when I try to log in, your account has been reactivated for violating the guidelines. I have never connected or used Threads. I am asking anyone who has any way to help me get my account back.

Wish I could help, but I have no experience with Instagram.

How is it possible that I receive an e-mail that my account has been reactivated, and that when I want to log in, it still says that my account is disabled. I duly filled out the complaint and order recovery form several times and received the following response:
A Message from Instagram

It looks like your account was disabled by mistake. Your account has been reactivated, and you should now be able to log in. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

If you have any issues getting back into your account, please let us know.

Thank you

Try logging in with a completely different brand of browser.

If you can get in, then it may be that you have clear the cookies in your regular browser.

Something like that happened to me recently, where a website stopped functioning correctly.

Worth a try.

Unfortunately, this is not a problem, I tried it on several browsers, computers and mobile phones, but I still get the message that the account is disabled.

Have you tried reaching out to Instagram's social media account?
I believe such popular platforms seem to respond to public questions more quickly.

Try reaching out again, and be patient!
