I often wonder how many people actually read the Terms of Service when logging in to any account. Meta's launch of Threads is an example where 30-million people have signed up for the service in a matter of hours since launch. Did they read the ToS? Do they realise if they want to delete their Threads profile they need to delete their Instagram profile, too.
Your Threads profile is part of your Instagram account, and may be deleted at any time by deleting your Instagram account.
Somehow, I doubt it.
