Facebook has added new ways for users to control the news feed "experience."
It's making the existing control easier to access to Favourites, Snooze, Unfollow and Reconnect, and is testing new ways to adjust ranking preferences to customize news feed. The latter is being tested in a small number of countries and a small percentage of users, and eventually rolling it out over the coming weeks.
It will also expand Top Exclusion controls for News Feed to a small number of businesses running ads in English. Read more detail in the link i've provided.
Additionally, Facebook will collaborate with third-party brand safety partners, " to develop a solution to verify whether content adjacent to an ad in News Feed aligns with a brand’s suitability preferences."
