Educate them regularly about the fitness and pin your course on the top of the group. And help everyone to achieve fitness.

At this time I am daily sharing links and images related to my free content but it seems that the growth of the page decreases while I do it, from 30-200 to 1...
How is it possible? It seems to be better to do not post anything and let it grow naturally! I am going crazy!

FaceBook sells advertising so if you appear to be advertising to your group, your group will be harder to find than one that is paying to be seen. FB groups can generate sales but you may need to either pay for advertising or else work very hard at developing your group.

I do not advertise anything, I only share free contents

Yes, that part is why
the growth of the page decreases
. FB is not in business to help you sell your product; Unless you pay them, they will make it less visible, less likely to grow.

One way may be to make course "trailers" and post them to your Facebook audience. If the trailer gets the message across it may encourage users to at least find out more and possibly buy your course.
Another option would be to post the trailers on YouTube and link to them from Facebook. If nothing else it provides you with another avenue for people to discover your courses through YouTube search.

Ok, I will try but... why if I do not post anything the page returns to grow autonomously and fast?
