I would imagine it's wanting to double-check the payment method.

Hello. Thank You for your reply, problem is that i traveled in another country for a day and opened business manager there. Now i do not know what the payment method statment should include and also it has disabled my ability to choose the account when i am trying to find it.

I think you should contact FB as it sounds something specific to your application. On that link I gave you there is a "Support" link.
