Facebook Lead Gen Ad not working

Hi,

I have been trying to run Lead Generation Campaign on Facebook. Initially it went well and I received good result. But when I tried setting up another ad campaign it says that you might get 0 leads. I tried increasing the daily budget but didn't work. Only after increasing the daily budget to ₹7000 ($100) does the error messsage disapper (which is way expensive than usual). Even after that the leads forecasted were pretty low between 1-10 per day. I tried running the campaign and did not receive a single lead. I have no idea why this is happening. Could someone help me out?

I seems that you might have changed a campaign that was going well, maybe you could go back to the one that was working well.

When the ad interface advises that your new campaign may generate zero leads and you find out that they were right, then piling on more money seems futile. Change your new campaign to one that does not promise poor results or maybe dress up your original successful campaign to have better success.

Like you said I tried relaunching the old campaign but then even that seems to show the same error. I tried duplicating the exact targeting, tried changing creatives, tried changing locations but the result remains the same.
I am not able to target anywhere except India. When I do, the daily budget is way too high and doesn't bring any result even if I run it.
Would appreciate if you could advise on what else I should try.
