How do you post on multiple groups without any problem

I saw many people still posting the same website on many groups.
When I try to post it gets ghosted or rejected.

Wondering how they manage to do that without getting banned or removed.

Most groups are interest based and have rules that show you if/when/what you can share. Any time your post is not visible, that is where to look to see whether they accept the kind(s) of links you have posted.

If you notice someone who seems to be skating around such rules, check to see whether they may be more active within the group to gain that extra edge.

Look at their overall posting history. Did they show up one day on a bunch of different forums and make a single spamming post ... or are they long-term members of many different forums with overlapping content, making the same link relevant for more than one place?

The accounts and all their posts will be removed once they get caught

maybe they are admins of the group or groups? maybe they are fake accounts run by admins of the group/groups?
