Facebook multiple adds bussines accounts

I have only 1 business add acounts in bussines. I can add max 5 accounts. I added first one today but i want to add second one but i cannot click:

Create a new add acount or add a add acount. I can only click REQUEST ACCES TO ADD ACOUNT why is that
