Hello guys and girls,

since recently I am unable to check-in to my Facebook Page.

All settings are OK, I have tested via various accounts and browsers.

Support is useless for now.

What to do?

Is there any link with this topic Check-in to my page / local business [webmasterworld.com] one year ago?

Nope. One-Year old problem I have successfully solved via Facebook Business Support and some official documents :)

This page has about 20000 fans (hospital) and it really affects us that no one is able to check-in since couple of days ago. Really strange!

I hope there is no link with this previous topic with Facebook deleting 6.6 billion accounts [webmasterworld.com] with their new AI-powered Deep Entity Classification technology.

Haha, me too!

The page itself is accessible!

Have you changed devices or updated your browser since your last log-in? FB may not be reading your credentials.

I have tested with various accounts and devices. It is not credentials related issue. Thanks.

Problem is only check-in.

My page is visible, accessible and I can mention it in posts. I cannot check-in.

Sometimes it is just someone sitting on the remote. Good to hear they fixed it.
