The New York Attorney General is leading a coalition of States investigating Facebook for antitrust issues, including wheter the company had stifled competition, and put users at risk, reduced consumer choice, or increased the cost of advertising.

Joining Attorney General James on the leadership team investigating Facebook are the attorneys general of Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and the District of Columbia. The investigation focuses on Facebook’s dominance in the industry and the potential anticompetitive conduct stemming from that dominance.

One more attack ... there's a separate group of 22 state Attorney Generals also investigating big tech on anti-trust and other issues.

The rest of 2019 and all of 2020 look to be very litigious times for big tech.

Much of this should have happened 4-5 years back ... but it wasn't until the public servants (read that as you will) were impacted that any action took place. Big tech has poked Big Government with a stick and woke the bear.
