I want to remarket to anyone who saw my facebook page.
Is this possible or is remarketing only possible if i land them at my blog and drop the facbook pixel there?
thanks

First, it is good to know the difference between remarketing & retargeting.

Remarketing: Targeting the audience who has completed call to action on the website & can only target when you have an email database.

Retargeting: Targeting the audience with the help of cookies who have not completed any call to action such as sign up to the newsletter, downloading ebook, etc on the website.

If you want to target the audience who has visited your FB page then you should have email data of them. As you have mentioned you can land them on the blog & place the FB tracking code pixel on the header of all the page.
