Suggestions for converting free trial users?

I am offering my clients 3 weeks of free SMM services. What do you recommend I should exactly do for them to do within those three weeks to keep them as permanent clients? I have certain ideas, but I would like to talk to people with some experience.
Please, I would like only constructive advice, no "you should know that" and such...

By the way, if you offer 3 weeks of free service, then you need to provide what you advertise. For 3 weeks, you clients must be able to access all the services you are providing. To keep them , show your level of professionalism and how you can help them achieve their goal. Be reactive, show that if they need assistance, help, contact, you be prompt to answer them.

If your free clients see improved results they are more likely to continue with your services. That would depend on their goals as to how much or little success you can reliably expect to produce. Not all campaigns have the same goals so I have no personal suggestion.

Patience, there are others with strong experience in campaigns here that can make suggestions. Weekends are typically slow.

@Dimitri - SMM in this context would be Social Media Marketing afaik.
