Creating FB page

Hi. I am into general freelancing now at <snip> but aiming to specialize soon. If I'll be marketing properties for sale and I have different projects and target markets (one in the metro and the other in the province), should I make a page and post everything there or should I make separate pages for each target market? Thank you.

Facebook is for friends and associates who already know that you have a FB page. I doubt if it can useful for anything more when considering that no-one will know about your page.

However FB advertising can reach more than friends if you are prepared to pay the toll.

If you have a FB page for your product/service then you can promote it by paying for ads. I assume that you have seen the sponsored ads on your FB page. They reach everyone and not just friends. But you can run up a bill in next to no time at all that may shock you. Also, you have to trust that those hits are authentic and not just a robot that they use to punch your card.

I personally have followed the trail for some ads that seemed interesting or worthwhile so they do work. But in my case I made no sales at all so cancelled my campaign.

However your product and website or FB page must be convincing because by now everyone may be getting suspicious of offers too good to be true.

Creating Facebook Page is very important for Advertising on Facebook.
For people knowing about your product we need to create Fb page. Where we can increase our website traffic.
Where we need to post regularly our posts of daily updated.

Does having a Facebook account set up many fan pages affect the accessibility of users? I set up a lot of fan pages like <snip>,... and most of them cannot change the fan page's pathname.

if you are the admin you should be able to Edit your Page's Username (which is used for the url) from the About page.
