According the a filing, 68% of Facebook's outside investors want to oust Mark Zuckerberg as Chairman, and that's up from 51% last time.

Some 68% of ordinary investors, those who are not part of management or the board, want to oust Zuckerberg as chairman and bring in an independent figure to chair Facebook's board

I should hope that a company as big as Facebook would have something a little more sophisticated in their bylaws than “the chairman of the board is selected by a simple majority of shareholders”.
