Check-in to my page / local business

Hi everyone,

1 year ago we have opened up local business (caffe bar) in our city. Previously there was also a bar on the same location with the same name.
Now, even after 1 full year, we still cannot check-in to our own page/business via Facebook and Instagram. It really harms our business.
Old Facebook page and New Facebook page do not have the same name.

We will try to remove the old page from the old owner with "Admin dispute" procedure (in progress).

But besides that, any tips&tricks how people can find and check in to our "new" page/business?

To turn check-ins at your business Page off:
Click About on the left side of your Page.
Click Edit Page Info.
Below the map, click to uncheck the box next to Customers visit my business at my street address (unchecking this box will hide your street address and check-ins)
Click Save Changes.
