Should I Share Post from Business Page in My Profile ?

My FB Page posts don't get a whole lot of reach it seems.

I've invited my profile page friends to like our FB Business PAGE, but not that many friends have done so.

So is it better to make a post on my FB Business page and then log into my profile page and share it on my timeline?

Or is it better just to post the same thing on my personal timeline

Or is that going to get my profile in trouble for promoting my business too much?

I'd like to help, but I recently gave up on all FB (and nearly all social media) a few months back as it was generally unproductive and a rather large time sink.

Others, however have found SM useful and one or more might have some observations for your query!
