Facebook has published its Q3, 2018 results and it shows revenue up 33% YoY, to $13.73 billion, and notably, mobile represents about 92% of all ad revenue, up from 88% Y-o-Y, with net income up 9% to $5.137, Y-o-Y.

Interestingly, some of the other stats from the social media network indicate Daily Active Users at 1.49 billion, up 9% Y-o-Y, and Monthly Active Users up 10%, Y-o-Y to 2.27 billion.

According to the investors call, some additional facts were disclosed, including the news that growth is stalling in developed markets, and even Facebook recognising that many conversations are taking place with temporary stories with users on Instagram and WhatsApp. "Mark Zuckerberg, co-founder and chief executive of Facebook, said he is confident that the company's advertising sales will catch up to the change in users' behaviour."

Up 33pct

I remember the time where a two digits growth was spectacular (10%), ... now if you are are not achieving 25% or 33% then you are a looser. In a couple of years, it will be required to have revenues increasing by 50% YTY.
