Hello,
I have been trying to log in to my business IG account for several days, but for security reasons they "say" a security code was sent to my email. But they don't send it. I have read several threads on different sites about this issue and it's not a case of:
- Security code email going to SPAM folder. I have purposely turned off all spam filtering, and in fact no emails are going to SPAM
- Blocking emails from Instagram - I do receive all other IG emails including security related such as "verify your account" or "there has been a log in from a new device", etc...

I can't use the phone number as it's linked to my personal account.

I just never get the security code ones. I can't find a way to contact IG to get help. I have tried reporting on the help page that my account had been hacked, trying to get their attention, but to no avail.

Any suggestions to get this problem solved?

Thank you very much

The hack report may not generate a response, but that may be contributing to the delay for other assistance. Maybe look for support on the FB end? Are the FB and IG accounts linked?

Hi, I can't link with FB either because it's already linked to my personal account.

Did you get that resolved?
The only other thing I can think of is changing the e-mail recipient address to an entirely different system. For example, if you're using hotmail, change over to gmail, or anything else.
That way you can check to see if that particular e-mail is perhaps being swallowed up.
I've had this happen in the past. Something to do with the automation at Instagram being eaten by spam filters before it even gets to you.
if that doesn't work, can you select another method, such as text? Is that option there?

"Snail mail" ( or fedex or ups etc ) recorded delivery letter to their HQ..Explain the situation, provide proof of who you are and of your business, so that they 'll know that the business account is yours..Give them a different contact email and or method in that letter..
Wait and see..follow up after 15 days if you hear nothing back from them..
