I have client who sells hand crafted furniture online based in USA. They do have Facebook business page.
Facebook has recently rolled out a new feature Facebook shop, where the business page owner can showcase there products and sell under the shop section. Our client was too interested about this feature. Based on there interest, we have crated a shop section and added most of the products.
Now we find couple issues:
Products and shop tab is only visible if i logged into the admin section.
For General Audience Products and shop tab is not visible
Under the main business page banner, "Shop Now" button option is visible only if we logged into Facebook admin account. With out logged in, we only see "send message" button.
If we click on the checkout button of the product, we see this error message "Please try again later."
