The Topic was Contra 2017, which is a online Marketing conference in Düsseldorf. I paid 1.80€, which is ok, so I am wondering why, when the add was cheap and thus liked, there are no clicks. How is that even possible?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, nasdert This may sound obvious, but did the ad tell them everything they needed and they didn't need to click? What targeting do you choose? What i mean by that is I see ads all the time that are of no interest, so i never click them.

Yeah, interesting Topics, date, Location and Speakers are mentioned.
Targeting: Interests: in Online Marketing, Lead Generation, Landing Page, PPC. So everything that would lead to interest in the conference. Location: Düsseldrof +40 km radius. - Düsseldorf is the Location of the Event.
There is a nice Picture of Düsseldrof at night.
2000(!) impressions later I've gotten no conversion and 24 clicks.
Obviously I am not responsible for the conversion as I did not design the Landing Page, but the CTR is at 1,2%. My Goal was about 70%. It's a shame I can not target the People that liked the Speakers pages. They are not shown on the targeting interests lists, because they are not public figures or famous enough.
