How To Contact Facebook Rep (Spending Decent Amount Per Day)

I am sure some people spend more. I am spending about $300 a day on facebook. So around $9000 a month.

I know early on I saw something about talking to a facebook rep if you spent over $25 a day. Now that I am spending more and really need to talk to someone I can't find a way to get in contact with anyone.
