Facebook Ad Goals Down Compared to Previous Month. Why?

Goals decrease but reach and results increase in Facebook ad.

As per my facebook ad analysis, I've found that I got very few goals but increases reaches and results in the month of December compared to November 2015. In November, there was 80 goals but in this month I have just 20.

I just wondered that how it is going on.

Is there any possible ways to increase the goals as like before. I know it is holiday season and people are quite busy with that, but I'm not able to digest it completely as I have more reaches and results than previous month.

Look forward to hear from you all.

Goals are set by you, if you want more goals, create more campaigns. For each ad campaign you set your goal, then watch the ad analysis to determine success (or lack of it) for that campaign. Visit the Facebook help section for more understanding of what you can do to be more successful with your ads: [facebook.com...]

Hi @not2easy. Creating a new campaign is another great option but what to do if you have a limited budget and need to change in running ads.

My response was to your question as to how to get more goals. If you are having better results and wider reach with fewer campaigns then I don't see what you are trying to change, sorry.

Hi @not2easy. I will implement your idea, create new campaign and analyze the result. Thanks for replying.

Hey @not2easy. As per your suggestion. I've created a new FB campaign. As far as website clicks are concerned, it works fine as I receive average 650 clicks. But the problem is goal conversation that is still 'Zero'. Do you have any idea to get better conversations?

Low conversions mean you would need to look at how people are interacting with your landing page. Whether ads are done through FaceBook or AdWords, the idea is the same. You pay for ads to get visitors to some page on your site and when they land on that page it needs to convince them to buy or to sign up. Ads don't guarantee sales. A landing page should convert visitors to buyers, but that part is up to the landing page, the product, its perceived value, competitive position and other factors. The landing page should deliver what the ads offer.

Thanks @not2easy for your reply. Let me try to design attractive and product informative landing page first. Let's see what happens after that. Hope, it'll help to increase conversions.
