I have had an ad with fb and restricted the place where the ad can display but fb sometimes place my ad outside my place, who can help me to restrict the place again.

l'd say, Check again in Power editor, 1. Have you excluded or included your target location? 2. Have you included locations in right format as per facebook guidelines and it is most important in facebook advt.
