when i post stuff in goups , i dont want friends receive notification

On facebook, when i post stuff in the goups (some of them are open groups), i dont want my friends receive the notifications.

Because every time I post the same thing in many different groups. So in the normal way,the friends will receive many notifications. That so suck.

And if i add the friends to the restricted list, They cant receive any notification from me. (I hope they only receive the notification the post on my timeline I prepare for them) So cant solve the problem in this way.

I hope they only receive the notification the post on my timeline I prepare for them.

The only way I know to manage who sees what is to separate your Friends into groups, then when you post, you can post to that group only. If a Friend of a Friend who you share a post with sees it on their Friends' page/feed/timeline there is no way to prevent that. They would see it again when you share with them.
