Just wondered what people's views were on promoting their FB page through other (perhaps bigger) FB pages.
E.g. you're a fairly new driving instructor, with a new FB page, and you leave your link to your page by 'liking' all over the place in other pages. Not other driving instructors but pages that are local to you, involved with the subject (driving) etc...
It might not be as strong an effect as advertising, but it is free of course. I know you'd have to be careful in terms of getting banned as a spammer, but if subtle enough then a good spread of 'likes' that link to you wouldn't be bad would it?
