Hi Stuey,
There is some activity here when facebook makes changes, announces a new product, or something otherwise newsworthy or debatable. But you are correct that this is one of the not-as-busy forums at WebmasterWorld. I wouldn't presume that means interest in marketing via Facebook is dwindling, but the need to discuss it isn't as hot as the busy forums like Google SEO, or Ecommerce.
