Building your brand with Facebook - what's worked?

I guess I'm late to the party, but it would seem Facebook has a place as a real player in the marketing mix.

Would anyone care to share their experiences, or reference great sources to help newbies with strategies and tactics that work.

I constantly monitor what engagement I get per post. Likes, shares and comments only and review what people are actually interested in . . . I repeat this every time I think my audience might be interested in a new idea I have had

I always share my quality posts, videos, pics, some offers and votes, interesting facts among my target audience. I put attention to a specific group of target audience and make some research and define what can be interesting fom them from news, forums and other discussions.
