Facebook Ads - can't get CPC?

Hi guys,

Really hoping you can help me out.

I am trying to set up a new Facebook ad but this morning the layout of the set up seems to have changed.

I am wanting to use the CPC bidding strategy but it won't give me the option it says to change my objective to get more clicks but that option doesn't seem to be available to me? I get 3 options which is the only section which is anything like objectives - Get More Page Likes, Promote Page Posts and See Advanced Options (this mentions CPC) but even with the Advanced Options clicked - the CPC strategy does not come up as an option for me?

Please can anyone help?

To start, when choosing the target for your Facebook Ad, you are given numerous Geo-targeting options. However, unless you have a product that can only be used in a certain state or country, your best approach will be to select the broadest range of demographics that apply, and then target the ad based on specific interests....

Facebook ads are good.
Its just a shame that the bid rates are so high.
