If you run Facebook ad campaigns do you start your bids low and work up, or high and work down.
The bid rates that Facebook suggests for my campaigns are just too high for me.

Start high, if you start low your ads will never show up. If you made a good ad they will charge you much less than the bid.

start with the recommended bid and then look to drop the price after a week or so.
I found that after I lowered the bid after a few weeks I was getting more views with more clicks. It reduced my CTR but I was still using my daily budget. I liked this because I got the ad in front of more people, had more likes and still stuck with my budget.
