New design for Facebook Pages for business

Facebook is pushing out a new design for pages.

Looks like Facebook is pushing out a new design for pages. Best part is a bigger header picture. Other than that is sucks. Posts are pushed down lower on the page, almost below the fold. Similar to what Google did with search results. This will move ads up on right side column to top of page. Bottom line they are moving ads up, content down, plus making more room for ads. (just like Google) New pages are in preview mode for admins until March 30 when they become default.

Went ahead and switched to the new look and from an admin point of view you can do quite a bit more. You can highlight posts and also pin them to the top of the page. So all is not bad.

What size in pixel width x depth are the norm for the header picture When I upload mine at 399 across it became blurry... ugly...

i like facebook and its new look and design too. in this design facebook make so many changes in its site. i really looks so cool

@ElvisFan I think the new Header Picture size is 850px WIDTH and 313px HEIGHT. Here is a link to an image of the new profile design with dimensions added in RED TEXT:

When I post on my WALL the box no longer offers me links... How do I set link to my Wall box

@Elvisfan Could you explain a bit more? Are you talking about when you post links in your wall posts messages it doesn't grab the image and info from that link and display it anymore?

No ... Before the new layout I was able to write a headline and then I had a option to link the text to a website page... that "link" button is no long there. How to I set my wall box to have that link option?

You need to put the link into your post and then it will show up. The entire URL shows in the post which looks ugly compared to the old way.

Yes, like breeks said. Enter the URL into your post and push the space bar and it should load an image and info about the URL.
