Do you know of any "tool" allowing on FB to post a "Clean/shorten" URL in "What's on your mind" ? thanks

Could you be more specific on what you want to do...
As soon as fb pulls the information(image, title, description) from the url and displays it below, you can delete the url and write whatever you want.

Well, yes indeed, but what I wish to accomplish is entering an URL in the above text content and not what FB suggests I have no problem posting the URL but it is too long and not formatted like with a <a href etc...>
