Need to remove a wall post on our facebook fan page from a crazy customer.
I don't see how to do it. anyone have tips on how to remove a wall post (actually, several by the same customer)?

Think I figured it out.
It looks like there is a gray circle in the upper right hand side of the post. click on it and a menu will drop down allowing you to delete the wall post.

Only Admin has the right to remove the post from a fan page and the person who has posted the comment.

You're both right. You have to be an administrator of the page, but there is a box to the far right (edge of column) of the name of the person who placed the post. You have to mouse over it to highlight/find it.
