How to remove friend who is not anymore valid?

I have seen link called Friends but issue is how to remove such friend?

Need help.

I have never tried de-frending, so i'd be interested to know how that plays out.

Click on the friends name off your profile, you will be taken to their facebook page...

at the right top (where it says "friends" (new interface)) mouse over the button, the drop down will say "unfriend" at the bottom of the list... just click...
