Looking for a fb app which would create the fan pages from our website

As the title describes, I am looking for a facebook application or php based software which would allow my site members to create the fan pages right from my website, similar to the online services which allow us to create custom facebook pages.

Please help.

sure. will do. but I am a php programmer so most probably I am going to build a facebook application myself. its related to my events website so the application will also do the similar job.

You need a big help from seasoned programmers. I may not know how they will do it but for sure this will be a big blast. All the best to your quest. :)
