Jesus christ, I hate to rant...but i've posted like 5 separate questions on the Facebook Developer forums and not 1 reply to any of them. It's like nobody even reads anything over there. (except bug reports)

You guys have always been cooler here..

I guess Zuckerberg is too busy butchering his pigs & goats or something..

But anyway, I'm just trying to add that function to our facebook page where the last 5 or so people that have 'Like'd our page, have their photos show up. (on our page) Is that a certain app or something that needs installing ?

thanks much

Hi mike2010, you need the 'Like Box' on the Facebook Developers Page (not the 'like button' but the 'like box' - the different social function boxes are listed on the left of the page)

You need to set it to your Facebook Page URL and not your Website Home Page URL. You might not want to include 'show stream' and 'show header' etc, but you do need to enable 'show faces'.

Once you put all the variables in you will get to see a live view of what the box will look like, adjust the width of the box to however big you want it, and then get the code, you can use the iframe or the XFBL version.

What I will say is this, the input variables only ask for 'width' of the box and give you as standard 2 rows of faces of people who have liked your page, to alter the number of rows just alter the 'height' in pixels AFTER copying and pasting the code in to where you want it (in the actual raw code they give you), this will either add more rows of faces or subtract them.

To find the page you need just search for 'facebook developers like box'.

This code can be put on your website or on a facebook page, if putting it on your facebook page use the iframes code - if unsure about making a new Facebook Page 'Tab' etc. search for 'Introducing iframe Tabs for Pages' or the guide 'Custom Page Tabs' on the facebook developers pages.

Thanks Joe.

Well, you're right I have been using the Like Button instead of the Like Box.

I just don't understand why I need to have the Like Box , just for their images to show up on our Facebook Page.

Sounds strange...there should be an option within the Facebook Page settings to turn this on or off....or even an app.
