Since yesterday new posts to my business fan page are not appearing in order by date.
The latest 2 posts appeared at the bottom of the page after posts made in October.
Have I accidentally triggered a setting?
Please help.

Have you upgraded your page to the new layout? Facebook have made changes to pages and now they order posts by "relevance". How they work out relevance I do not know. A lot of people are complaining at the moment saying they need to bring back chronological order.
If you have the new page layout you can select "admin view" under the "wall" tab and in that you can order by date. Unfortunately it doesn't appear to users. I'm not sure how this affects the old style page layouts

Well that solved the problem of finding the posts quickly however it really sucks that these posts are being shoved to the bottom of the page.
One was a glowing review of our B&B & the other was an inquiry for prices & availability. That's not relevant?
Any idea where I can complain. Can't find any email addresses on the site.

There's a page dedicated to facebook pages and everyone seems to be leaving their comments there. Though they are also complaining that no one on facebook is taking notice [facebook.com...]
I couldn't find anything in their Bugzilla but then again I haven't really looked through it

I looked at the main FaceBook page & it's thousands of comments.
Waste of time leaving anything there & you can't open a new thread, just respond to an open one.

As of this morning this has been fixed & you can now set it to show recent comments at the top of the page.
