How to do it?

We set up Facebook page for a non-profit organization. The problem is that Facebook assigns it a URL with a bunch of numerals in it: something like facebook.com/29339org-name002910

We really would prefer facebook.com/orgname.

Is there a way to change our URL? I have looked through the help material on facebook.com but cannot find any way to do so.

There is a way to change your Page URL, but you must acquire 100 people who like your page ("Fans") before you can create a vanity URL.

Once you reach 100, click Edit Page > Marketing > Create Alias.

You need 25 people to like your page and then you go to facebook . com / username and you should see that the page you created is eligible for a username
