When will MSN support security with phone?

I have noticed within MSN that phone security is supported only for some countries.

For example: USA, Russia, Germany...I have issue that I can not know when somebody is logged in.

When will MSN support phone security for all countries?

I know that MSN is one of the best messengers. I used it all the time and it is very good. Issue is when somebody is logged in. If somebody knows password I like to know per phone. If country is not supported I do not know who logged in from another PC. This is issue.

Are you talking about the security of the Windows Live account? Microsoft doesn't use the MSN name for much more than its portal website these days. MSN Messenger is now Windows Live Messenger for example.

When you speak of phones, are you talking about phone numbers listed within your Live account, or are you interested in the upcoming Windows Phone 7 systems?
