How do I organize or search my FaceBook Fans?

I now have 7500+ fans & I'm trying to track the reservations I'm getting back to the fan list to see if they could be coming from there.

As it now appears to me you have no way to do a quick search of this fan base to check out a single fan.

Is there some easy way to do this or do I have to search all of FaceBook & guess if it's the same person?

AFAIK there is no way to search fans on a page. You can click "view all" and browse your fans - they are usually sorted by the newest to oldest fan. Other than that, I believe the only other way to see what type of engagement your fans have with your content is through analytics, via their "insights" tool or your own external analytics tool via your website using the referral source.
