Hello Peter and welcome!
Are you talking about using the Facebook notes feature (which is the closest Facebook gets to blogging) or syndicating the blog posts from a blog you already own to your Facebook page? These are two separate things and achieve different results.
The notes feature in Facebook allows you to have a blog within Facebook or you can use an application like RSSgrafitti to automatically post your RSS feed from your blog to your Facebook page.
It's really a matter of where you want to blog -- both will put your content on your page for you.
