How to contact someone at Yahoo! Domains

No email address for Yahoo Domains

For historical reasons Yahoo Domains is the billing contact for some of my sites. I want to contact them but no matter where I look on their "Yahoo! Domains" site there is no email address whatsoever. Disgraceful conduct if that is the case.
The signon url is [console.domains.yahoo.com...]
Any ideas?

Thanks

Tom

Their Registrar is INWW.com, I would contact them since they really control the domain. They should be able to get a message to the right person at Yahoo. The Yahoo contract is very important to them so I am sure they will handle you very nicely (I would hope).

Thanks Lisa,
INWW.com takes me to MelbourneIT who I contacted and who were very unhelpful.
"No we can't help you, you must contact Yahoo. No we don't know their email, please try the site help.yahoo.com. No we don't have a phone contact. Sorry"

Anyway, a couple of days ago I emailed domain.billing@YAHOO-INC.COM as this was the email of the Billing Contact associated with my domain but no reply.

So does anyone have a phone number for Yahoo Domains. I am getting desperate as they have charged my credit card for renewal almost 2 weeks ago but the expiry date is the old one.

That bites.... You think Yahoo would be better at handling customers.

Here is the Yahoo contact form, hopefully you can get a response from them through it.
[add2.dir.scd.yahoo.com...]

Let us know how it works out.

Sorry for the delay. Thank you to all for your help.

About two weeks after my domain expired, I received an email from Melbourne IT saying that they had de-activated it. So I paid another $35 ($70 Aus) direct to MelbIT. No other choice. Emailed Yahoo, they finally returned a three week old email saying that all was fixed as the expiry date was 11/15/2003.

I emailed back saying it was fixed because I paid again.

No reply!

Complete waste of time to pursue further as I would be throwing good money (my time) after bad. I Will not do a chargeback to Yahoo as they might ban my credit card and I need to do other business with them.

Hard to believe such incompetence from Yahoo and MelbIT.
Actually it begs the question, "incompetance or scam".

Never mind the $35 price when GoDaddy charges under $10.

Oh well, put it down to experience.
