Google Domains sent email re my domains about my email address

Everything that I can check says this is legit, but I can't imagine why suddenly this would be an issue. Nothing has changed. Anyone else seen this?

If they are your registrar then it is not unusual to send out reminders to keep that information up to date. Some of those notifications are more clearly worded than others, but they are required to verify from time to time.

OK, I see this issue.
I sold my business and the owners have shut down the old Google account and, oops... Here we are.
I thought I was going to have an easy day today...
