Hi!

I searched google about this issue but i didn't found a good and sure answer, so I am asking you...Here is my problem...

I want to register 4 domains on the same hosting account. Each site will be from a different niche, with different content, and i will not link one domain to another. Can i do this without hurting my SEO, or risk a penalty from Google ?

Thank you.

[edit reason] We like it when new members avoid mentioning companies = less spamming [/edit]

Welcome to Webmasterworld fraseniuc
4 domains on the same hosting account

I do not think it's such a good idea

A better idea would be to obtain a hosting account for each domain.

As long as the content is original and the linking of sites isn't artificial I don't see you suffering.

The future of SEO is focusing on user interests, not SEO "techniques" AND on sourcing traffic that is defensible: multiple sources (social, media, etc) and high quality links from sources that will drive traffic . . ones that you only get by creating original useful websites.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld. Take no offense at me deleting the hosting company mention. We have a strong policy of deterring drive-by spamming - links or no links - and most of that garbage is "dropped off" by first time / one time "posters". I suspect (hope) you have noble-er interests and that you will become a contributing (ask for help / give some help) member. Welcome.

No problem whatsoever, I have many domains all running on the same account and many of which are about the same subject mostly from different business angles and countries and all do well.

I also have several other domains on the same account, hotel, music, beauty, local community and clothing and all these also rank extremely well.

What is more important is the quality of your hosting, expensive is no guarantor whereas cheap can be disastrous but there are some really good, competitively-priced deals out there.
