big time problem with domain registrar

I paid for the domain but never got any control panel to manage domain

Hi guys,

I am in a big trouble with Cheapest UK Domains company. I registered my domain with them. I got an email from Nominent. But I never got any email from Cheapest UK Domains side with my username and password. Now I have no way to change my NS to point to my servers. There is no contact number on their website. I started many support tickets but got no reply for many days. On their website it says to get a username and password to be able to change NS.

I am really pissed off, can anybody help me please what to do with them?

Does a whois search show your details as being the registrant? You mention Nominet, which is the .uk registry, right? So if this is a .uk domain, can you change registrars via the registry?
