Dear all as i am new and not have much knowledge Can someone tells me what is the process of changing the domain name with existing one? Is there any possibility to change it or not? And if the domain name is changed is the existing data lost or not?

To answer your last question, "no," your data will not be lost. The steps to change your domain name will be dependent on where your site is hosted. Typically hosting providers have a control panel that has a specific section to add/remove domain names.
