What metrics will buyers request in order to value a domain name?

When buying a domain with the intent to resell, what hard evidence of metrics and/or traffic will a buyer ask for (or demand) as supporting data with respect to their analysis of the value of the domain?

- Stats from parking company

- Server log files with referrers

- Opportunity to "test the traffic" on their own server

- Domain history and sources of traffic, i.e., inbound links, history of posting about the domain at various forums (to inflate traffic), etc.
